Open Concept Living, Dining and Kitchen Area: Full-sized sofa bed (aka double), gas fireplace, Smart TV, Netflix, cable, PVR, dining table (4 chairs), fully-equipped kitchen with heated floors.
Bathroom: The spa bathroom features a rain-head shower, back-lit mirror with defogger, heated floors, and numerous high-end upgrades. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with luxurious towels, linens & plush throws. We love to feel pampered when we go on Holiday and we want you to feel that way too!

Air Conditioning: Our home has A/C in the bedroom only. However, there’s a booster fan in the wall that our electrician installed that moves the cool air from the bedroom into the living room and kitchen areas. Did you know that only 30% of 1 bedrooms in Whistler have A/C? Choose our suite… there’s no need to suffer.
Transit
Free Village Shuttle: Another bonus of booking with us is that our neighbourhood is one of the few areas serviced by Whistler’s Free Village Shuttle all year long. It stops on the road in front of our complex every 15 minutes in winter and 30 minutes in shoulder season.
We also highly recommend exploring Whistler by bike (Summer / Fall). There’s an amazing network of trails throughout Whistler making exploring the area car-free a breeze!

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED: The Suite Life™ Whistler is a luxury vacation rental management company in Whistler BC Canada. We’re dedicated to elevating our Guests’ stay and providing our Owners with peace of mind. To that end, we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest (aka Superhog), a leading Vacation Rental Guest-Screening provider.
Our company policy requires guests to be independently verified and to eSign our rental agreement: Immediately following your booking request, you’ll receive an email containing two secure links: 1) a link to e-sign our Rental Agreement, and 2) a link to verify your details and ID.
Without completing these steps, you will not be able to receive your access details.
During this process, you will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay.
CANCELLATIONS: We are firm on our cancellation policy and will not be offering additional refunds outside of it. Guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves and their trip.
We will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.
General Cancellation Policy (40 Days Notice Required): Guests will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least forty (40) days before the Check-In Date. Guests will receive a 50% refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation between thirty-nine (39) days and twenty-two (22) days before the Check-In Date. Guests who cancel twenty-one (21) days before the Check-In Date are not entitled to a refund of the Rental Fee or the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable.
Christmas / New Years Cancellation Exception (90 Days Notice Required): Guests who reserve the Property during the dates of Dec 16, 2024 – Jan 3, 2025, and Dec 15, 2025 – Jan 3, 2026, and Dec 14, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027 inclusive (“Holiday Dates”), will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least ninety (90) days before the Check-In Date. For Holiday Dates cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Check-In Date, there is no refund unless the Replacement Guest books the cancelled dates. We will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.

Suite Access: Access information will be provided 3 days before our guest’s scheduled arrival date.
Underground Parking Access: During the Winter months (Nov 1st-Mar 31st) only Pay Parking is available at The Aspens. After April 1st, free street parking is available, but extremely limited. The secure underground parking at the Aspens is pay parking only. Tickets may be purchased from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance. Parking costs $25.00 per 24 hour period. Parkade height is 6 feet 6 inches tall. The machine takes Canadian $2 / $1 coins, Visa, Amex, and MC
House Rules
SCHEDULE “A”
HOUSE RULES
1. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR: You agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of, and not disruptive to, your neighbours or any other guests, residents, or staff of the Aspens Complex. In accordance with the Bylaw, please be respectful of quiet time in our complex from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
2. BE RESPONSIBLE: To prevent theft to your personal property or damage to the Property, you agree to keep closed and to lock all doors and windows when you are not in the Property. When you are not present at the Property and upon check out, please also turn off: a. all lights; b. the A/C and Heat unit in the bedroom; c. the cooktop, stove, oven, and coffee maker; d. the BBQ and gas; e. all fans; and f. the fireplace.
3. BE LAW-ABIDING: The Guests are expected to obey all provincial, federal, and municipal laws, strata rules and bylaws, municipal bylaws, and Home Owner Association rules and regulations at all times while Guests are on the premises.
4. KICK OFF YOUR SHOES AND ROCK YOUR SOX: Please remove your shoes when you enter the Property. There are two (2) shoe trays for your use throughout your stay.
5. USE THE DISHWASHER EXCLUSIVELY: As an added health and safety precaution, we are asking all Guests to wash dishes using the dishwasher exclusively – do not wash dishes by hand. We provide complimentary dishwasher pods for your convenience.
6. NO SMOKING OR VAPING: The Aspens Condo Complex is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the Aspen’s Property, inside the Property, or on the Property’s private deck. Guests will be required to vacate the Property, pay a $1,000.00 fine, and will forfeit the Rental Fee and Damage Deposit if a single no-smoking warning is issued by the Owner or the Owner’s Agent. Warnings will be issued in writing to the email address provided by the Guests in the Rental Agreement.
7. ABIDE BY THE MINIMUM AGE & MAX SLEEPING CAPACITY: The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. Proof of age is required in the form of a government-issued identification. The identification must match the name on the reservation and on the credit card used to book the Property. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all persons occupying the Property who are under the Minimum Age at all times. Maximum sleeping capacity is four (4), including children.
8. PETS PROHIBITED: We love animals but have chosen to make this a pet-free home for the comfort of all our guests.
9. NO LOCAL GUESTS: We do not rent to a person who normally resides, or whose place of residence is, within 80km of Whistler, BC. By accepting this Rental Agreement, each Guest agrees to provide proof of address upon request in the form of government issued photo identification within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the reservation. If not, the reservation may be cancelled.
10. NO PARTIES: Parties are prohibited.
11. NO FILMING: Filming inside the property is prohibited without prior written consent.
12. FOLLOW CHECK-OUT & PROCEDURES: Please be aware that all access codes are date & time-sensitive. On the day of your departure, your code will be automatically disabled at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning crew must be able to enter the home at that time. If you do not vacate the Property by 10:00 AM you will be charged for one (1) additional night’s stay at the current rate for that date.
In our “Peak Season” (mid-November to March), we’re unable to accommodate late check outs. However, in our “Shoulder Season” (mid-April to end of May), a late check out may be possible. In any event, we will do our best to accommodate you if you let us know beforehand.
We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. If you leave an item behind after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. Subject to your approval, we will inform you of the shipping cost and we will deduct the cost from the Damage Deposit to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.
13. FINAL DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
a. Report any damage.
b. Take out the trash.
c. Leave the beds unmade. If you used the sofa bed, please leave it out.
d. Place all used and dirty dishes and the four (4) coffee pot pieces (e.g. pot, lid, mesh basket, and solid brown basket) in the dishwasher and start it. If you did not use the coffee pot during your stay, please ignore those instructions.
e. If you moved something, please return it to its original location.
f. Close and lock the windows and sliding glass door.
g. Turn off:
i. all lights;
ii. the A/C and Heat unit in the bedroom;
iii. the cooktop, stove, oven, and coffee maker;
iv. the BBQ and gas;
v. all fans; and
vi. the fireplace.
h. Upon your final exit, please shut the door and key in *0*. “Star Zero” alerts us that the room is clear for cleaning.
