Freshly renovated for the 2025-26 ski season. This ground-level suite is situated along the evergreen tree line, has a beautiful view of Sproatt Mountain,  and a peek-a-boo view of the Blackcomb Gondola.

You can even watch skiers and snowboarders fly down the ski hill while you’re sitting on the couch or BBQing on the deck in Winter! 

Every window has forest or mountain views. Lots of natural light, Whistler-inspired décor, comfortable furnishings, and a private deck, and air conditioning in the bedroom.

Ski school and the Blackcomb gondola is a 1 min ski from The Aspen’s slopeside gate (I’ve timed it)! Plus there’s a free ski valet service.

What is ski valet service?

Ski valet service is where you hand your skis / snowboard off to the valet. No more lugging all your heavy winter equipment around to and from the suite! And parents with kids… you know what this looks like. You end up carrying your equipment plus your kids equipment.

Instead, you pass off  your skis and pick them up the next morning before hitting the slopes. It’s only a 35 second walk from the ski valet to the ski hill (I timed that too.) 

We are one of the few buildings in Whistler with an official in-house Whistler Blackcomb ski rental shop right in our lobby. No errands. No stress.

Summer & Fall in Whistler:

We are Whistler locals and summer and fall are two of our favourite seasons in Whistler. Did you know that 53% of Whistler guests visit in summer? Compared to the rest of North America, Whistler summer temps are pleasant hovering around 22-25°C (that’s 72-77 °F). A fair number of our Gulf State friends come up here to escape the heat at home! 

During summer, the forest outside every window comes alive and our Suite Life™ Original is at its most beautiful. Catch the Blackcomb gondola to the top of the mountain and hike the High Note Trail, bike/e-bike the Valley Trail, play golf at the Nicklaus North Course (designed by Jack Nicklaus), or spend an afternoon at the Scandinave Spa, and then return to your cool, comfortable, private retreat in the treetops.

Self check-in: Access details provided 3 days before your arrival date.
Washer/Dryer: Shared coin-operated on Level P1.
Gym: Small shared fitness room — 2 elliptical machines and 2 stationary bikes.
Luggage drop-off: 24/7 front desk staff. Arrive early? They’ll store your bags until check-in.
Parking: Free street parking April 1 – Oct 31. Underground paid parking Nov 1 – Mar 31 ($26/24 hrs). Height: 6’6″. Accepts Visa, Amex, MC, Canadian $1/$2 coins.
Cameras: Located in the secure underground parkade only.
Third-party bookings: Not permitted. The guest who books must be the person staying.
Minimum age: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
Cancellation: We stand firmly by our cancellation policy. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. We will always refund to the extent we replace the booking.

The Suite Life™ Whistler partners with Truvi, a trusted vacation rental guest verification service, to protect every stay. As part of our booking process, and required by our short-term rental insurance, you’ll receive an email with a secure link shortly after booking. Click on the Truvi link to 1) verify your identity and 2) submit your security deposit information. It takes just a few minutes to complete and are required before your suite access details are sent.

During this process, you will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver — we recommend the waiver as it protects you against accidental damage at no risk to your trip.

This process is the same standard used by premium vacation rental companies worldwide. It protects you, protects the suite, and ensures every guest has the same high-quality experience.
